1. Services Provided
The Company provides digital services including but not limited to website development, website setup and configuration, hosting integration, domain connection, SSL/TLS configuration coordination, digital platform setup, and maintenance or support services when purchased. Services may evolve or change over time. We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any service at our sole discretion.
2. Website Development Timeline
Website construction may take up to 48 hours from the time all required materials, information, and payments have been received. The 48-hour period is an estimated production window, not a guaranteed deadline. Delays may occur due to incomplete client information, hosting processing times, third-party provider delays, or infrastructure limitations. The Company is not liable for delays caused by these circumstances.
3. Hosting & SSL/TLS Activation
SSL/TLS activation is handled by automated systems operated by third-party hosting providers. The Company does not control the exact timing of certificate issuance or activation and shall not be held responsible for delays caused by hosting infrastructure, DNS propagation, or certificate issuance systems.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information, business details, images, logos, content, domain credentials if required, and hosting account access if applicable. Failure to provide necessary information in a timely manner may delay service completion. The Company is not liable for delays resulting from incomplete or inaccurate client submissions.
5. Payments and Fees
All services must be paid in full prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed through Stripe and are considered final once processed. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services, cancellation of the project, or withholding of completed work. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are limited once work has begun. A full refund may be requested before development starts. Refunds will not be issued for completed services, delays caused by third-party systems, client failure to provide materials, or hosting and domain provider issues. 7. Emergency Shutdowns & Service Interruptions
The Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently discontinue operations due to natural disasters, infrastructure outages, health emergencies, cyber attacks, security threats, legal or regulatory requirements, or financial and operational emergencies. The Company shall not be held liable for any resulting damages or losses.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from delays, hosting outages, domain issues, certificate activation delays, technical errors, or lost revenue. Use of our services is at the Client's own risk.
9. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve third-party platforms including hosting providers, domain registrars, payment processors, DNS systems, and certificate authorities. The Company has no control over these services and is not responsible for their actions, policies, or failures.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Company retains ownership of proprietary systems, frameworks, templates, and development processes. Clients retain ownership of their brand assets, logos, and content they provide. Unauthorized reproduction of Company intellectual property is prohibited.
11. Service Availability
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, server updates, provider outages, internet disruptions, or infrastructure failures. The Company will make reasonable efforts to restore services when interruptions occur.
12. Termination of Service
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend services at any time if Terms are violated, fraudulent activity is suspected, abusive behavior occurs, payment disputes arise, or continued service poses risk to the Company. Termination may occur without prior notice.
13. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal fees resulting from misuse of services, illegal website content, copyright violations, regulatory violations, or business disputes involving the client's website.
14. Changes to Terms
The Company may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
